🗺️ Team & Map Strategy

Introduction

As waves grow tougher, solo play becomes almost impossible. Mastering team coordination and map awareness is key. This guide covers roles, routes and defense building.

1. Team Roles & Cooperation

  • Role assignment: One player should wield Greatsword/Guitar for melee crowd control, another uses Dual Gun/Minigun for ranged damage, and a third focuses on healing or support.
  • Resource sharing: Distribute ammo, med kits and cash so everyone stays combat‑ready.
  • Skill combos: Coordinate Z, X and C abilities; for example, use Guitar's stun to create a window for the Greatsword to deal damage.

2. Map & Route Choices

  • Know spawn points: Learn each map's zombie spawns and paths to anticipate attacks.
  • Use terrain: Hold high ground or narrow chokepoints with multiple exits for easy escape.
  • Hidden corners: Some maps have hiding spots that slow enemies; just don't get trapped.
  • Plan escapes: Decide on retreat routes and rally points before each wave.

3. Defense & Resource Collection

  • Build barriers: Use walls, barricades or vehicles to block paths and slow zombies.
  • Set supply caches: Place med kits and ammo at safe spots so you can resupply quickly during fights.
  • Complete tasks: Pick up crates and finish map missions for extra cash, spins and med items.

4. Communication

  • Real‑time calls: Use in‑game chat or Discord to call out zombie directions and your status.
  • Joint decisions: Before upgrading weapons or fighting bosses, discuss with teammates to decide resource usage order.
  • Reviving: When a teammate falls, coordinate revives and share resources so the team stays strong.

5. Advanced Tactics

  • Kiting: Use Dual Guns or other ranged weapons to kite enemies in circles, maintaining safe distance.
  • Ability rotation: Time your cooldowns; don't waste big skills on small waves—save them for elites or bosses.
  • Corner camping: Corner camping can be effective, but always have an exit plan to avoid being surrounded.
